Corporate Responsibility
We believe that success in business and good corporate citizenship go hand-in-hand. MAZARINI's long-term corporate responsibility plan ensures our commitment to “Be the Good” is carried forth for all of the people, communities, and environments we may impact through our business.
MAZARINI's purpose is to build trust through every experience, and this extends far beyond our construction operations. Our corporate responsibility commitment guides us to put the community, planet, and people at the front of our business every day—reflected in our core value to 'Be the Good.'

Our Social Responsibility
MAZARINI has five primary tenets that guide our efforts in corporate citizenship. We always consider the triple bottom line (financial, environmental, and social) to maximize the impact of our strategy.
Community Contribution
We encourage volunteerism and believe that fostering a sense of community helps our team members thrive. MAZARINI's philanthropic endeavors focus on education, health and wellness, and community building to improve the local communities where we live, work, and play.

Environmental Sustainability
MAZARINI strives to be a leader in sustainability by constantly improving our construction and business operations to reduce the impact of our work on the planet. We are committed to transparent reporting as we strive to achieve shared project sustainability goals with our clients and minimize the environmental impacts of our offices and job-sites.

Workforce Wellbeing
Team members are our greatest asset, and we want each individual to thrive at MAZARINI. Our culture of care ensures wellbeing, while extensive training, development, and growth opportunities encourage career success for each team member.

MAZARINI established the MAZARINI Contracting Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to further the company’s mission and purpose by meaningful philanthropic investments. The Foundation was funded by a major seed investment from company earnings and a commitment from the estate of Chairman Emeritus Russell MAZARINI. Investment efforts will focus on three key areas: education, health and wellness, and community building.
