Onboarding Information

To onboard, you will need:

●Copy of W-9 / tax ID

●Business enterprise certification (if applicable)

●NAICS code

●ACH bank information

●Sample certificate of liability insurance

If you wish to bid projects greater than $500,000 be prepared to include:

●Two years of financials, including your most recent financial statement

●Bonding letter dated within last 30 days/surety information

●List of recently completed projects (at least three)

●Broker letter detailing EMR for the current year and two years prior

●Digital version of OSHA 300A documents and 300 logs from last three years

●Line of Credit (LOC) letter dated within the last 30 days
