Meridian Logistics Warehouse

Meridian Logistics needed a distribution facility capable of supporting high-volume cross-docking and same-day regional shipping, which shaped nearly every structural decision on the project — from the clear height to the number and spacing of dock doors along both long faces of the building.

Site logistics were as much a part of the challenge as the building itself. The large site required extensive grading and stormwater management to accommodate the truck court and trailer parking, and MAZARINI sequenced the paving and utility work to keep the site accessible for early move-in of racking and material handling equipment before the full building envelope was complete.
