Why Belonging Matters
At MAZARINI, you belong here. We want to create a space where we can build a brighter future and all voices can flourish. Organized around three key principles, our actionable and measurable strategy is more than a plan—it’s a mindset.
Our Mission
MAZARINI is dedicated to promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all through education, networking, and workplace collaboration.
Training and Development
It’s critical that we help our teams embrace a more inclusive mindset. We’re incorporating new ideas, perspectives, and training to guide our team members’ journeys. In their first 90 days, all team members must complete training on topics that help ensure we are creating an environment where everyone feels they belong here. Through our in-house learning and development program, MAZARINI University, our team members can access more than 400 digital and hybrid courses designed to help them develop and become leaders in the construction industry
Jobsite Orientation
Many of the people we work with on our jobsites are partners, subcontractors, and suppliers. To ensure a shared understanding, MAZARINI requires every person on-site to complete a brief Inclusive Jobsites training as part of their site orientation

MAZARINI has a responsibility to ensure a more inclusive future for both our team members and our subcontractor partners. We pledge that everyone who works with MAZARINI will experience a sense of belonging, and we’re always eager to engage with passionate voices looking to impact the general contracting world.
SubcontractorsWhat We Have Accomplished
As of January 2025
Pay Equity
Launched a company-wide salary study and pay band alignment to ensure fair compensation across the organization
Livable Wage
Established a living wage of $63,000 for all salaried, non-exempt team members nationwide, regardless of position, to ensure all team members can provide for their families
Foundational Trainings
Established training and resources that are required for every project site and at new hire orientation to ensure key policies like Zero Tolerance for Intolerance are upheld
Military-to-MAZARINI Training Program
Launched a new program to help transition military veterans to construction, offering a career path at MAZARINI upon re-entry to the civilian world
OUR GOALS
From our beginnings as a small family business to more than 2,200 team members in 16 offices nationwide, we’ve grown while embracing an inclusive culture and making significant investments in our greatest assets — our team members.

While there is plenty of compelling research that says a company will be more innovative and profitable if it is more diverse, we believe investing in a highly inclusive culture is simply the right thing to do. It aligns with our core value to Be the Good. Our team members are at the heart of MAZARINI's purpose and success. Their individual stories are the collective voice of our company. Only when every story can be heard and celebrated can we achieve our true purpose together. No matter your story, if you’re driven by doing whatever it takes to do the right thing, you belong here.
