Harborview Mixed-Use Development

Harborview brought street-level retail, several floors of Class A office space, and structured parking together on a single downtown block, requiring three fundamentally different building systems — retail, office, and parking — to be coordinated within one structure and one construction schedule.

Downtown construction logistics added another layer of complexity: limited laydown space, coordination with the city on lane closures during structural steel erection, and phased retail turnovers that let ground-floor tenants begin buildout while upper floors were still under construction. MAZARINI worked with the city and adjacent property owners throughout to keep the surrounding block operational during construction.
